We ran into Mel the first weekend we moved out to Idaho Falls at an open house and ended up taking her on as our realtor to find a house to buy. Keller Williams has a great selection of houses in Idaho Falls, and Mel and her colleagues were open to showing us any houses we were interested in as soon as they were available. Because it is a seller's market, the buying process was quite competitive, but we were able to land an amazing house after about a month of searching, bidding, and losing out on a few in the process. Mel did an outstanding job working with us from the first conversation we had. We were not in a huge hurry to move, and she was never ‘pushy’ but always available when we needed her! She went above and beyond to sell our old home and help us get into our dream home! Her ability to listen to what our needs were, and make us feel like we were her top priority were more than we could have asked for! Would highly recommend it!
