About Deena Serna

Deena Serna is a proud Pocatello native who recently returned home to serve the community she was born and raised in with a professional background rooted in the medical field, first as a Medical Assistant and later in Medical Coding and Billing. Deena brings a high level of organization, attention to detail, and care to every real estate transaction. In 2020, she made a career shift into real estate while living in Colorado, where she quickly found success by building strong relationships and guiding clients confidently through the buying and selling process.

After time spent living in Colorado and Florida, Deena and her family felt called back to Southeast Idaho to put down roots once again. Her deep knowledge of the Pocatello area, combined with experience in multiple markets, allows her to offer valuable insight whether clients are first-time homebuyers, relocating, or preparing to sell. Deena is known for her personalized approach, clear communication, and commitment to making each client feel supported from start to finish. Her goal is simple: to create a smooth experience and lasting relationships, turning clients into clients for life.

Outside of real estate, Deena and her husband, Bobby, stay busy keeping up with their two young boys, who are the center of their world. Family time, travel, and making memories are a priority. With Egyptian heritage and a lifelong love of travel, Deena brings a global perspective and genuine curiosity to the people she meets, something her clients appreciate just as much as her professionalism and dedication.
